When drivers need a quick start or want to accelerate on a wet or loose surface, there is always a danger that one or more wheels will spin.
Acceleration Skid Control (ASR) improves tractive power and vehicle stability. It works by automatically applying the brakes to individual wheels, reducing engine power to stop wheel spin and limit skidding.
